◈Terms of service◈

If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, discuss them with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece! (Please read the terms carefully.)

I, Pearlie (the artist):

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio and in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork to any website and social channel. (With credit me as the artist)

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, making prints, etc.) Unless it's a commercial commission.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless it's a commercial commission. The license to the commissioned artwork (+ 100% of the base price)

  • You may NOT use my art for AI training or make NFTS.

  • You may NOT claim my work as your own or trace over my artwork in any way.

Payment:

  • Pay in USD through Paypal / Stripe (you don't need an account to pay for the email invoice)

  • 100% upfront / 50% upfront ; 50% after approval of sketch (If you have a budget contact me!)

  • + 100% for commercial use

  • No Refund unless I'm unable to complete the commission.
